Taking one pure caffeine tablet before exercise helps not only keep my energy level high during exercise, but also encourages more perspiration. This helps as my body tends to retain water in the day.

搭配購買:

BCAA would compliment the effect of pure caffeine. When taken together before exercise, it would definitely speed up recovery. I would not recommend it taken with thermoX as the concentration of caffeine would be too high.

在運動前很容易出現心理因素產生的怠惰感疲倦感 運動前吃一顆真的很有精神 另外一點我覺得非常實用!!! 對於長途開車或是需要專注學習跟集中注意力的情況下這個咖啡因片真的能幫助非常多 特別是開車!!
